Added support for DX11. Turrets are broken. Still trying to pinpoint the exact cause of this bug. Expect an update soon. Let me know how the mod plays.

UPDATE 02APR15:

Increased field depth of all weapon variants. Mine fields are denser with 3 more mine layers to traverse. Scaled the damage of the turreted Scatter Shot back a tad as the increased field depth also increased its rate of fire. Weapon should be even more formiddable at close range ( < 300 meters). Make sure to keep your distance to avoid the mines!

Changed the name of "Flack Cannon - ADS Turret" to "Flack Turret - Mines"
Changed the name of "Flack Cannon Turret Scatter Shot" to "Flack Turret - Scatter Shot"

Let me know how you guys like the new update.

Note: If you don't see any difference in the mine fields, make sure to completely exit the game/reload your save. The game doesn't reload certain properties with a game reload.

-Added a new turret "Flak Cannon Turret Type 2" this new turret fires Scatter Shot ammo as its primary. Scaled the damage of Turret Scatter Shot ammo back as it proved to be way too powerful during tests. Current version is still very formidable but doesn't one-shot heavily armored ships. Let me know what you guys think.

Added Turrets.
Added two new ammo types for turrets: Flak Turret Mines and Flak Turret Scatter Shot. Both function the same as the previous two ammo types but with scaled back damage for balancing purposes.

Turrets have ammo, magazines, are re-colorable, and are survival ready. They, along with the flak cannons are conveyor ready as well.

Added Build Progress models for Flak Cannon - Mirror as well.

Changed the name of the second Flak Cannon Firing mode to Flak Cannon Scatter Shot.

A Flak Cannon.
Production costs are 2.5 times that of a standard missile launcher.
Has two firing modes: Mines and Scatter Shot.

Mines:
Deploys mines in a pattern up to a 300m radius from the weapon. Mines are highly explosive. They are perfect for destroying incoming enemy armaments/ships. Deploy with extreme prejudice.

Scatter Shot:
Fires a "Shotgun blast" of explosive shells. Range is 300-1100 meters. This firing mode has a sweet spot. Any closer than 300 meters and not all rounds will impact the target. This is due to the design of the weapon. Any further than 1100m and the rounds will also not impact. By design this is a "middle range" sort of weapon. Pretty effective at "carpet bombing" a ship or station.

My design philosophy is to achieve a sort of balance between material costs and damage output. Due to the high cost of this weapon, It makes sense to me that it should do a high amount of damage without being too OP. Let me know how you all think it balances out.
