And credit is not required when a model is made by the uploader, nor when assets used (such as source files) have been released with a free license with no credit needed.

As a paralegal I would think you would understand the concept of Innocent until Proven Guilty. and that the burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused.

Oh u stubborn lil raptor, I know that not all sfm community likes the mentioned games but think of it, those that uploads the mentioned games all gave adequate credits to their respective owners. sure... pony contents too need to have equal rights and such but lets face it, mlp assests especially the pony models are at the bottom of the chain, and there's a huge interest gap that i am sure u know by now. Plus, those that made this so called 'pony OC' are doing things wrongly and like JOHONDAR mentioned, most mlp assests belong in DA better than here in the workshop so who to point yur fingers at? The naysayers or the entire human population with various interests point?

I know several talented modellers too. They make thousands every month. All of them questioned my sanity when I started work on that rwby crap you adore so much.

Surfer, it doesn't matter how many people are interested. the fact is that people ARE (probably more then you realize). Not everyone here likes fnaf or nintendo, or dota, or tf2, etc either. doesn't mean they don't have a right to equal treatment. If you don't like it. don't look at it. simple as that.

Blue, well, the fact is, no rules have been broken (and the rules you claim to have been broken have been done so by others, but you lot never target them). So there really is nothing to lose. unlike this attitude by your people which results in sullying the reputation of this community. I've already heard of several talented non-pony modellers (and a few pony modellers that do non-pony stuff on occasion) that refuse to come here because of how nasty people are treated here.

correcting myself, i meant mlp assests especially the pony models are not being paid attention much. other mlp assests like their crystal ball prop and some from DA do hav their lil use around somehow. so safely saying, pony models are well... not being paid attention much
