Underwater Complex

Description
Explore a new water focused Watcher region know as the Underwater Complex.

While not required it is recommended to have Mimic Starfish Enabled.

Currently adds 1? new region with 30 rooms,
4 new pearls,
A arena unlock for the Mimic Long Legs.

Currently connects to Corrosive Geysers and Gloaming Refinery.
