Quality of life improvements for Escape From Duckov

Tarkov's hotkeys for looting and equiping:
- Ctrl+Click to transfer items between inventory/containers/storage
- Alt+Click to equip items directly

Tweaks:
- Item rarity borders (color-coded by value/stats)
- Item sell value shown in tooltips
- auto switch to best available ammo when empty
- health bars on barrels/destructibles
- instant perk unlocks (no research timers)
- auto skip "click to continue" prompts
- "Loot All" button always visible (unless empty)
- show a visual indicator when you are critically low on health (red vignette)
- Open config menu with Shift + F8
- Static camera (default off) for people who get nauseous by the camera and mouse moving at the same time
- Use keyboard for splitting (press 1 then enter/space to split)

- “全选拾取”按钮始终可见（除非空置）
- 生命值严重不足时显示视觉提示（红色晕影）
- 静态摄像头（默认关闭）——适用于因摄像头与鼠标同时移动而感到眩晕的用户
- 使用键盘进行拆分（按1后按回车/空格键拆分）
