Adds the M1 Garand rifles, with reload mechanics! Just to be able to hear the iconic *ping* sound!

The rifles are loaded with clips of 8 cartridges. Just firing has a minimal energy cost. Once the clip is empty, a reload attempt will automatically happen that costs energy. The alternate ability allows to reload a rilfe mid-clip, with a slightly reduced energy cost.

Another quirk of the weapon is that it becomes much more accurate when crouching!

Craftable at the Anvil and upgradeable at the Weapon Upgrade Anvil for increased damage.
