UA - Demons and Redeemers: May sell Social Policies to earn Gold and rush Production in all cities. Low health enemy units ending their turn near one of your gun units turn into barbarians

UU - Sapito (Bomber): +15% Combat Bonus against units in rough terrain. Units dealt damage by a Sapito may turn into barbarians.

UB - GEIN (Police Station): Units trained in this City become stronger on the territory of cities where you have spies operating. All barbarians starting within 3 tiles get a 25% Strength Debuff
