Pillaging tiles gives Units experience instead of healing. Instead of picking a promotion, Units may spawn a [ICON_PLUS] copy of themselves upon earning a level

UU: Ejercito Popular

Replaces Marine. Can immediately move after pillaging tiles and completely heals after capturing a unit. Upon capturing a city, pillages all tiles in its radius.

UB: Organismo Autogenerado

Replaces Public School. While at war with a major civilization, Organismo Autogenerados passively generate point towards the latest unlocked melee unit based on the culture production in the city.
