Description
The developer put a bunch of modded species in the .tenant, causing logspam and ordinary deed malfunction. This mod fixes these problems.

It also changes what the retirement deed looks like, for prestige (like they got a protectorate plaque or something.) It also helps prevent confusion between it and regular deeds.
