Description
Adds support to Improved Food Descriptions for the effects and items of the following mods (and potentially more as I come across them in my playthrough):
-Train's Mod
-HRT Stim Packs
-Starburst Rework
-Even Less Dead Moons (moonscreen)

I whipped this up for myself, so I don't know what happens if you try to use this with only some of these mods. I would hope that IFD handles unknown effects. Please let me know in the comments.
