Throwing Weapon Prices

This mod allows throwing weapons to be sold to merchants if you don't like to use them, or buy throwing weapons from merchants.

Added tiers to basic merchant pool for tier accurate throwing weapons, but flares, rope, torches were removed from the pool because there is very little reason to buy them, and they decreased the likelihood of throwing weapons to appear.
