[GiC] Kitsune Race Compatibility

Kitsune Compatibility for Galaxy in Conflict 4.0.3

This mod sets the intro quest to the GiC intro, and provides customized equipment to help the player out whether they play the intro or not.

This was written partially as a proof of concept, it does not provide new crafting recipies for the MkioTNT Workshop or its weapons. There is currently no plan to add those as GiC has its own weapons systems, and I don't know how to port them over yet.

The Kitsune race will start with a bow, and a Kitsunebi (which has been modified for GiC damage types).

The Halfsea race is not yet configured at this time, please let me know down in the comments what you think would be good starting equipment for either of them.
