Explosive Ammo Penetrates Walls

Description
Adds an AoE around the impact point of explosive rounds that's big enough to let it hit infected on the other side of walls. It's not true penetration in the same way that regular bullets penetrate walls, but more like a smaller pipe bomb explosion that doesn't require line of sight.

The tank stagger was... semi intentional. I made the AoE stagger specials and that includes Tanks, but I guess it should probably be removed too.

I have another bug in addition to the laser sights bug already mentioned.

All explosive shots, normal and "laser sights", are staggering the tank.

On a fun note if you have the Pistol Laser VScript mod installed [2864079317] the bug with laser sights will cause your pistols to have explosive ammo too. Running around blowing zombies up with a .44 revolver was entertaining.

as the other, i get infinite explosive rounds, as long as i have the laser on the weapon, if i change the weapon to another that doesnt have laser then is back to normal, normal bullets

so, this mod also has the trouble of the other one about the fire rounds, when i got the laser sight with this mod enabled i got kinda explosive rounds, there is like a range where the infected get affected, like a small explosion, they dont usually get dismembered, most of the time they just fall to the ground dead
