AoE Incendiary Rounds

Description
Shooting incendiary rounds at a wall or floor can ignite nearby infected. The range is roughly the same as the distance the sparks travel.

There is also an optional feature you can enable in the config file "aoe_incendiary\config.txt", where there is a chance for your incendiary rounds to light the ground on fire like a molotov.

@hornydude almost no scripts will work on official servers
