Pokémon: Wildlands

Description
Welcome to the Serengala region, or as trainers affectionately refer to it: the Wildlands! In this CO-OP Pokemon adventure, 1-6 players will embark on a legacy campaign composed of countless fast-paced sessions that will grant you meaningful personal progression from game to game. Together with the same crew or even different parties each time, you will explore a new world every game that is revealed dynamically throughout the session.

Your continuing mission: to explore the Heart of Serengala by clearing powerful bosses, acquiring clues from familiar far away regions, and defeating the 4 Guardians who act as a vanguard to your final challenge: the mysterious figure only known as the Maestro who protects the most illusive secrets Serengala has to offer.

The Pokemon journey has always been about friends exploring the fantastic world of Pokemon together, and Wildlands strives to bring you that CO-OP experience in the most authentic way possible.

So grab some friends, or make some new ones, because the journey you are about to undertake is immense. Your ultimate Pokemon adventure in the Wildlands awaits!

Often times due to the size of the mod, many machines have trouble loading up Wildlands for the first time. Follow these steps when that happens for the best chance of success.

1. Go to Configuration -> Game. Then disable Mod Caching and enable Mod Threading.

2. Go to Configuration -> Graphics. Then set the Preset Quality to “Very Low”.

3. In TTS, load up the Wildlands mod in single player. After it has fully loaded, enable Mod Caching.

@emilyotter, you can freely look at current gym pokemon whenever you like :)
EmilyOtter 8 Oct @ 12:22am
We ruled that scouting a gym is you skip a turn while at the gym to neither win or lose but just see what the gym has, is that correct? Nowhere in the book does it actually explain how to scout or what that means
Killgrave  [author] 7 Oct @ 11:36am
@pinsta if you look at the tooltip of every map figure, it will tell you exactly how many pokemon are involved in the battle. For example, the tooltip on the gym says its a 2v2, so you get 2 pokemon max!

Could you explain how many pokemon we are meant to bring to gyms etc please, it's quite confusing how many pokemon should be involved etc...

Thank you, now I got it <3

Exactly! One photo means no ranking, because ranking always happens in pairs
Sandra Borger 6 Oct @ 12:50pm
Okay! So if you miss a pokemon, you can take the picture of another one from the pokedex, lowering the chances of getting a good rank, got it. So what if you manage to end up with only 1 photo? Does it not rank at all because it says you need two?
Killgrave  [author] 6 Oct @ 12:43pm
if you miss it flees, meaning you lost the photo. zoom action gives you another chance, using your pokemon in your pokedex as a resource for the zoom. Does that make a bit more sense?
Sandra Borger 6 Oct @ 12:20pm
I got that, but I think there are some details missing in the rules book, it's not very clear for me what happens if you miss, how to proceed, what to do with the other pokemon in the pokedex, etc. Could you write how a full "Snap" event would work please?
Killgrave  [author] 6 Oct @ 12:18pm
@sandra, when you roll the action die, if you get a perfect hit you can evolve it! Evolved pokemon help your ranking. Let me know if you have any more specific questions related to it!
