Episodic-style Fisherman Shaders

A (very) lightweight enhancement addon that updates the dated shaders of the Fisherman model from Lost Coast to episodic standards, with phong shading and rimlights much like with Valve's own work on the main characters for the episodes.

Only the shader files for the body and face were modified and no edits were made to the textures or model, so this should be compatible with any addons that change those things and with eye retextures.
