Asset reversion (“Un-overhauler”) package for GIC v4.0+.

Reverts most of the major UI changes that GIC does to miscellaneous game menus such as the quest screen, pause menu, options menu, HUD, etc

As GIC has an extremely low mod priority, other modded UIs will override GIC’s, rendering this mod potentially obsolete for some users.
