Death Drops in Space

Most instance worlds (many of these are ships and stations) now have death drops. (missions are excluded because you would lose your things if you died.)

Vanilla things affected:

Space encounters
Bounty ships and encounters
Friendly and hostile ships
Player stations
Trade stations
Peacekeeper stations
Ancient vaults
Challenge rooms*

*you can permanently lose your stuff in these when you die now, they were supposed to be risky anyways.

Tests for certain mods to also enable death drops for some of their stuff, such as:

Maple32
Project Redemption
Project Irisil
