Teammate Assisted Jump Boost

Something you often see in movies is characters climbing a wall by having their friend serve as a platform and help to lift them up. This script introduces a similar mechanic to Left 4 Dead 2.

Your teammate can prepare to give you a boost by crouching. You can accept the boost by holding the USE key and jumping while you're next to them. This will give you some extra vertical momentum at the peak of your jump, letting you reach higher areas or scale certain obstacles. Bots can also give you a boost, but they don't need to crouch to do so.

Note that the extra momentum is only vertical. You can't use this to jump over gaps, only to get higher up.
