Gas Grenade accurate hitbox & timeout warning for Weapon Balance (Vanilla colours)

Overhauls the gas grenade's particles with a more compact cloud to give better visibility inside and around the grenade, changes the ring shaped hitbox marker to a more accurate yellow square which slowly turns red giving you a visual cue as to when the grenade is about to run out. Timing has been changed to work with Weapon Balance on but this is still compatible with the default gas grenade timing; after hitbox marker disappears another smaller square shaped marker replaces them which allows you to still have an idea of the radius and duration of the gas.

• The big puff of gas indicates that you have around 5 seconds remaining on that gas (for WB's gas grenades)
  
• The square shaped hitbox marker progressively changes colour from yellow to red and fades away which tells you approximately how much time you have left
  
• Additional hitbox marker for Vanilla gas grenades
