Gas Grenade accurate hitbox & timeout warning (Vanilla colours)

Overhauls the gas grenade's particles with a more compact cloud to give better visibility inside and around the grenade, changes the ring shaped hitbox marker to a more accurate yellow square which slowly turns red and a final puff of gas that rises up into the air both giving you a visual cue as to when the grenade is about to run out.

• Original vanilla gas colour
  
• More compact gas cloud giving you more visibility
  
• More accurate square shaped hitbox marker
  
• The big puff of gas indicates that you have around 10 seconds remaining on that gas
  
• The square shaped hitbox marker progressively changes colour from yellow to red and fades away which tells you approximately how much time you have left

All credit goes to the original author "MID" whom I would've never been able to track down and get the permission from if not for 漠羅紗 thanks to them and checkout their cool mods! Also thanks to connman116 for his playtesting and suggestions.

I'm planning to publish variants of this addon including:
- A version featuring the original colour scheme from MID's addon with a blue coloured gas and a yellow coloured final puff of gas.
- Two versions featuring a visual countdown timer instead of the final puff of gas with both colour schemes.
- Versions optimised specifically for weapon balance.
