Egypt Rebalanced

Description
Finally Rebalanced Egypt, and learned a few things on the way!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Unique Civic Tree: I added two masteries and a new node (Ma'at) to the Egyptian unique culture tree. The Arrival of Hapi mastery unlocks Akhet. The Light of Amun-Ra mastery now unlocks a modifier which provides +3 culture on every wonder. Ma'at now unlocks The Pyramids, as well as a modifier which provides +3 happiness and production on every wonder. The bonus to the palace from Light of Amun-Ra has also been buffed to provide +5 Culture and Food in addition to it's Gold.

Unique Ability: Changes Gifts of Osiris to provide +15% production to wonders, and adds the old +1 Production on Navigable Rivers as a tradition.

Traditions: I added a new tradition named Akhet to Arrival of Hapi mastery. I also renamed the old tradition called Akhet, to Shemu. In additon, Akhet, Shemu, and Khemet all now scale by game age!

Medjay: The gold bonus for stationing now gives +2 gold instead of 1.

Unique Infrastructure: Mastaba and Mortuary Temple now give +2 adjacency bonus to wonders, and the Necropolis provides +100 gold when a wonder is constructed in *any* city.

Narrative Events: Adds two narrative events themed around Egyptian mythology. The first replaces the culture/econ choice when completing Light of Amun Ra. The second occurs at the first worsening of the crisis!

I hope you all enjoy this! I've tried to toe the line of power. I had a few more ideas for narrative events that I'd like to implement eventually, I just can't seem to get them to work out. The first was a follow up event if Ibn Battuta chooses the Horus option, to have people style him with a duck head in hieroglyphs. Another was to give a unique religion with unique benefits in the exploration age if you built up a cult around yourself. I was also hoping to add an event in the modern age, as a scare happens about the sacking of Egyptian burial sites, allowing you to claim your own mummies as artifacts.

Thank you so much to Slothoth and everyone in the Civ VII discord for helping me troubleshoot! I don't think this would've gotten off the ground without them!

I'm thinking about revisiting the Persia mod and adding in a few events, but I'm not quite sure what I'd want to do there.

A narrative event mentions dlc content, but I believe I've sidestepped it. If anyone has a configuration error and doesn't have the dlc, please let me know!

I don't have any plans for my next mod, but I'm sure I'll find smth that I wanna work on.
