Kick Doors Open

Description
When you open a door, the third person stomp animation will play. This kind of makes it look like you're kicking the door open, which kind of looks like that one part in the intro where Ellis kicks a door open, which is pretty cool.

Thank you to devlos for help with getting the third person animations working
