Description
  • This mod allows you to modify how much the shooting skill affects the reload speed in Combat Extended
  • You can set concrete percentages from 10% to 500% for the shooting skill levels 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20. The value inbetween are interpolated
  • Warning: In order for the results to actually work I removed the post processing curve which else would have overriden the values from this mod. So drastic changes are actually possible with massively increased or decreased reload times
  • Should be save to add or remove mid game

Dependencies
Obviously, Combat Extended. Moreover, you need Harmony

How to validate the mod behavior
  • Look at the reload stat of your pawn (see screenshot)
  • See the changed reload speed
  • Tweak the settings to your liking in the mod menu
  • Notice the changes in the actual reload time

It was but the values were hardcoded and more conservative. 75 % at lvl 0 and 150% at lvl 20. The main issue was how values were "taimed" by the post processing curve because manipulation also affects reload speed and with archotech bionics you'd run into a cap
