Description
Simply boosts the odds of the Rare Form (i.e., Fire Gleap) of Unique Monsters spawning from 1% to 10%. Why hasn't anyone thought of this yet?
Likely incompatible with any mod that significantly changes uniques.spawntypes. Surprisingly, this *is* compatible with Frackin' Universe.
