Tenet Submod for Improved Witchcraft

For compatibility reasons I made tenet addition a submod. Cause I can't just add another tenet just like a trait or a tradition, I have to override the full file to add a single tenet so for folks who use another mod that adds tenets or modifies the file it would be incompatible.
