My edit of Fabiana Branco from Max Payne 3.

Feature by Pajama:
- Initial port.
- Viewmodel arms.
- Hair and holster jigglebones.
- Facial animation and eye tracking.

Features by me:
- New vgui.
- TLS bones.
- Darker hair and clothes.
- Reworked materials and hair physics.
- Recolored skirt to red and bracelet to gold.
- Added jigglebones to earrings and attachments.
- Uses Rochelle's eye textures and animations (works online).
- Mod a mod system: materials/models/survivors/mp3/fabiana/skins.
