Pandoras box is definitely compatible it actually doesnt touch any of the parts of the game that i touch surprisingly. I changed the part of the game that creates color palettes that randomly generated monsters use whereas pandoras box creates a few hardcoded variants to each unique monster by creating entirely new body sprites for those monsters. They wont interfere with eachother at all.
I do have tentative plans to allow unique monsters to occasionally use the current worlds generated palette colors which will throw off the rates at which you see pandoras box colors BUT even then it wont actually conlict as far as im see while digging through pandoras files
Added a preview pic of some of the palettes using a slightly edited gleap picture as examples! The new color palettes do not actually apply to gleaps since they dont affect unique creatures but hopefully this gives you an idea of some of the color work
