No Invincibility Frames

Removes invincibility frames on hit from player characters and applicable NPCs.

Unlike the approach taken by Difficulty Overhaul, this mod does not directly modify the player character, thus will have no permanent effect on new characters and will even work for existing characters.

This mod utilizes Lua hooks and replaces no files, thus should theoretically be compatible with just about any other mod.
