Distinct Climate Civilizations

Description
Attempts to add diversity to the game by breaking up Dwarves, Humans, and Elves into 3 civs each based on climate.

These Civs are less wildly different than my Variant Dwarves collection, and largely retain vanilla weapons and animals.

Arctic Dwarves: Start in Tundra or Glacier
Gain: Long Swords, Bows, Braies, Chausses, Long Skirts, Wolves, Walruses, Stoats
Lose: Short Swords

Temperate Dwarves: Start in Mountains
Gain: Flails, Native Weapon Picks, Common Togas, Capes, Grizzly Bears, Kiwi Birds, Opossums

Tropical Dwarves: Start in Tropical Biome
Gain: Scimitars, Blowdarts, Turbans, Sandals, Lions, Giraffes, Spider Monkeys
Lose: Short Swords

Wolves, Walruses, Stoats, Bears, Kiwis, Lions, and Giraffes are trainable.

Human and Elf Civs have almost entirely distinct weapons based on their climate, so their besieging armies should be visually different.

Skin tones are spread out based on climate. Arctic civs have paler tones, Temperate civs have medium tones, and Tropical Civs have darker tones.

If there is significant interest in this mod I may add more changes to the Humans and Elves so that they have different animals and trade goods, or split up goblins too.

It is the Stone Dwarves mod in the Variant Dwarf Civs collection.

Is that a different mod? If it is, I can't find it in your profile, because it is private.
Also, thanks.

This mod was intended for different civs to be visually distinct, and I thought keeping vanilla dwarves would be confusing as they almost entirely overlap with Temperate Dwarves.

I just uploaded some more modular variant dwarf civs that might interest you, including a desert based dwarf with exactly what you mentioned.

Not to sound demanding, but why not keep the Dwarf entity and add the others as different entities?
Another suggestion: desert dwarves with camels, veils and sandals would be pretty nifty too.

Only mods that work on all civs like Advanced Agriculture will add reactions to these modded civs.

It shouldn't be compatible, it removes the Dwarf Civ and Creature and adds 3 variant Dwarf civs and creatures.

How compatible is this with mods that add buildings/reactions to the Dwarven civilization? I assume it's not compatible at all?
