[Jedi515] Eccentric Power - Even More Linkables compatibility patch (Unofficial 1.6)

Please note: I am not the original author!

This is an unofficial update of Jedi515's patch recompiled for Rimworld 1.6 and extended to support the new MMFS (small) building from Aelanna's Ecccentric Tech - Fusion Power mod.

I performed a rudimentary test demonstrating that Even More Linkables buffs do apply to the MMFS (small) now.

The original authors (Jedi515) are free to integrate or copy this simple edit. They can also ask me to take this down, and I will do so without hesitation.
