Creates new attributes for the Renamon Race

I still need help balancing the race well with regards to weapons and elements.

Max Food: +1.05
Speed +1.1

Freezing Immunity

Physical Resistance: +1.2
Fire Resistance: -0.5
Ice Resistance: +1.5
Poison Resistance: 0
Electric Resistance: -0.25
Cosmic Resistance: +0.25
Radioactive Resistance: -0.15

Diet : Omnivore

Environment Effects:
Good:
Jungle, Rainforest and Snow = Defense: 1,15x Health: 1.1x

Negative:
Deserts and Red Desert = Defense: 0,9x Health: 0,9x

Weapons Perks:
Using weapons from your own race increases damage by: +1.12
