The Hoarder | DD2 Provisions

Description
DD2 inspired Provision Screen replacer. Adds 31 new Supplies.
  • New supplies with FX Sprites
  • Overhauled base game Provisions
  • 44 Provision slots (still 18 for inventory, this only applies to Provision screen)
  • Say Hi! to the Hoarder

Quick Overview
  • Adds Poultices, Restoratives, Traps, Contraptions, etc. from DD2.
  • All items -except Meals and throwables- have matching Sprites ("use animations").
  • Brand new Provision screen, featuring the Hoarder.
  • Provision slots expanded to 44. Regular inventory size is not affected (no changes made).
  • I left 3 slots empty so you can still buy The Blood, The Cure and Aegis Scale.
  • Available stock depends on Quest length.
  • See the screenshots for item effects.
  • Safe to add/remove midgame (make sure that your're not in a dungeon and to remove items from inventory before removing).

If you want only the Provisions: The Hoarder | Provisions Only

Feedback
Something is not working, too strong or too weak? Prices or item counts too low/too high?
Any items you never end up taking with you? Found a typo or a wrong color?
Let me know!
There's only so much testing I can do, so any feedback and criticism is welcome.

Load Order
Load this above other UI and Tooltip mods or mods that expand provision slots.

Compatibility
Not compatible with other provision screen mods, provision slot expansions or mods that add extra provisions/supplies.

Not compatible with Provision NPC replacers.
I had to place some elements on top of the NPC and the background to blend it all together, so if you replace it there will be weird gaps and mismatching textures.
If you want to use a different skin, see Patching.

Should work with Inventory expansions, but some items might be off screen after buying. You should still be able to see them normally once you're in a dungeon.

This mod replaces the following textures for ALL menus:
  • Progression Bar at the bottom of the Hamlet menus.
  • Estate Title Banner in the top left corner.
  • Gold Coin and Shard Currency icons in shop widgets.
  • Gold icon in the bottom left corner (inside Progression Bar).

Patching
How to patch NPC skins
There's a file named NPC_Replacer_Template.xcf inside the mod folder. The file can be opened with a program like Gimp and contains the different textures for the NPC as individual layers.
Just replace the Hoarder texture with your skin and overwrite provision.character.png in \campaign\town\provision. Done.

How to make space for items from other Provision mods
You can disable individual supplies from this mod by removing the relevant entries in \campaign\provision\DD2_Provisions_Supplies.provision.json.

Empty frames for Icon patches
You can find empty frames for the different item types in \panels\icons_equip\supply.

F.A.Q.
Q: Why didn't you make item XYZ from DD2?
A: There's a limit to how many items you can fit on screen in DD1, so I focused on items that fill a niche or serve a clear purpose.

Q: But item XYZ is different in DD2?
A: DD2 uses a different game engine and some effects can't be replicated in DD1 (or it's not worth the hassle). Some items were changed to better fit in with DD1 gameplay.

Q: Why no sprites for throwables and meals?
A: Throwables need Target FX Sprites (afaik). Those have to be added to each hero's folder and this would require individual patches for modded classes. I don't know why I can't get sprites for meals to show up.

I hope you only deleted the folders at the end of the file paths I posted?

Regarding your suggestion:
Sadly it's not that simple. The screen is made up of different textures that are layered over each other. The positioning depends on a layout.config and that is also used by inventory expansion mods. So basically I'd have to make another version with edited textures/layouts + slot expansion.
But then the next question is: How many slots? - People use all kinds of inventory sizes, so do I make a new version for every size combination that is out there?

thank you for helping me out!!! i wish u a pleasant day ^^
also after deleting the said directories, sadly the UI broke. :(
idk if im asking for a lot but if i read correctly, the other mod without ui edits depends on a provisions window extender mod. why not pack just the provisions ui into that mod and call it a day? sorry if im saying nonsense.
thank you for assisting!

@RedOnyx15
Thanks for the report, idk how I've missed this.
Sadly there's no fix for this because the behavior is hardcoded. I can only add to the existing effects of base game supplies.
Pushed an update that changes the following things:
Medicinal Herbs : Clear Debuffs. Heal 5 HP.
Holy Water : +33% Blight/Bleed/Disease/Debuff RES (like vanilla).
Smelling Salts : Added Clear Mark effect (was on Holy Water before).

It doesn't seem like i can use the medicinal herbs to cure bleed/blight?

There's a version with only the Provisions, no extra changes (link in desc.).
If you just want to get rid of the graphical changes that go beyond the provisions screen, you can delete the following folders from the mod directory:
\campaign\town\estate_title
\shared\estate
\shared\progression

I wish this only added the dd2 items and did only the necessary changes. This altering hamlet and gold icons and etc is not what I signed up for :(
The items are great, and for that ima endure the thorn of the rose haha

@The oiled one
You could use something like M.E.P.E: Mafe Extreme Provisions Extension in combination with the Provison Only variant of my mod.
It's not the prettiest solution, but it works.

is there any mod that makes the provisions UI bigger? i cant seem to fit all the provisions in my screen

Hmmm. In older versions of Sunward Isles, have been added a some types of great omamori. In last versions, this types is removed. Five types. Unremoved talismans - minor omamori, great omamori, and red seal.
