Description
Balance? What is this?

This mod absurdly buffs PKC-EMP:
- Almost instant recharge
- Almost infinite range (999999 if be exactly)
- NO slowdown, NO additional sound
- Concealable (you can go into night club with this)

Spy will kill me for this

Ever wanted to use any 9mm ammo with VP9? Heres my another mod :)

how about an absurdly overpowered ISR-EMP that silently kills guards by disabling their pacemakers (and the mod also makes every guard have a pacemaker)
