I wanted to wear these rainboots with other pants so I ate pant.
You should probably use that with OpenStarbound project since they have multiple cosmetics layers, otherwise you'll just have naked bottom. Unless it's something you want. Weirdo.

You can eat pant on the inkling crafting table. Requires one pair rain boots (with pants)
