Foreword
This is already the seventeenth mod I've made. The reason for creating this mod is my great fondness for Alice from NIKKE. Regarding the balancing, my apologies, but I hope everyone has a great gameplay experience.

This mod adds a Civilization (Tetra Line, Eden), and new Leaders (Ludmilla, Alice, Tove).

Leader: Alice
Leader Ability: Wonderland
At the start of each turn, all units gain Combat Strength equal to the highest Amenities ever achieved in the Capital. When the Capital's Amenities first reach 4, all unimproved tiles in all cities gain +1 Production and +1 Faith, while improved tiles gain +1 Food and +1 Culture. When they first reach 6, all cities gain a 10% bonus to yields from Amenities. Upon winning a battle, gain Science equal to 50% of the defeated unit's Combat Strength.
Infinite Corps: Cities with at least 3 Tundra or Snow tiles gain +2 Amenities. All units are immune to Blizzard damage. Can build Tundra Farms.



Leader: Ludmilla - Lord of Winter
Leader Ability: Guiding Light
When a city is founded, tiles within 3 tiles of the City Center are randomly converted to Tundra-based tiles. The tile under the City Center and tiles within 1 tile of it are always converted. Mountain tiles can only be converted to Tundra Hills tiles. Purchase cost for these tiles is reduced by 50%. Improvements adjacent to the City Center yield +1 Food and +1 Production. Industrial Zones, Holy Sites, and Campuses receive minor adjacency bonuses from Tundra and Snow tiles.
Limitless Corps: The City Center yields +1 Production and +1 Faith for each adjacent Tundra and Snow tile. All units are immune to Blizzard damage. Can build the Tundra Farm.
New Leader Unique District: Xuewen Field
Ludmilla Unique District. Replaces the Aqueduct. Unlocked with the Craftsmanship civic. Lower production cost. +1 Food for each adjacent Tundra or Snow tile. +1 Food for each adjacent Farm, Pasture, or Plantation.

Provides fresh water from an adjacent River, Lake, Oasis, or Mountain. Cities without existing fresh water gain up to 6 Housing. Cities with existing fresh water gain +2 Housing. In both cases, the Snow Thermal Field provides an additional +2 Housing and +1 Amenity. Must be placed adjacent to the City Center.



Leader: Tove
Leader Ability: Improvised Miracle
The first time you build a specific improvement type, trigger a random Eureka from the current era. All cities gain +3% Food. The third time you build the same Ancient Era improvement type, that improvement's yields gain +1 (Plantations and Camps gain +2 Gold instead). Cities without a unique district gain 15% Production towards constructing districts.

Infinite Corps: Tundra and Snow tiles gain +1 Production and +1 Food. Can build Tundra Farms. All units are immune to Blizzard damage.

Fixed an issue where resources would be removed when Ludmila establishes a city.
Added a feature where non-Tundra Hill and Mountain tiles convert to Tundra Hill tiles.
Improved tiles adjacent to the City Center now gain an additional +1 Production.

Added Ludmila's ability: Districts and unique Snowflake Fields also receive adjacency bonuses when next to tundra and snow tiles.

Ludmilla's industrial zone doesn't receive adjacent bonus from 雪溫場. city center doesn't receive production & faith bonus from tundra hill. I don't know it is your design

那个鲁德米拉有bug吧,我玩了半天才发现10座城找不出3个丘陵,有些明显看着是丘陵的地形显示冻土平原,甚至我眼睁睁看着一个城坐的铁屁股,坐下去铁就没了

坐城后市中心周围地块变冻土,这些地块上不管有什么资源都会消失……

also to expand on my last idea, allow us to build a couple of the buildings you find in the outpost like the toy store for industrial and the like

I would like to see Unique units be added with the nikkes, like being able to make like mass produced nikkes or your country leader and their squadmates
