Sulla Red Recolour - DEI Mithridatic Campaign

Description
Replaced the colour of Sulla's faction, flag, and units with the red of the Western Roman Empire in 'Total War: Attila'.

Now you can be the historical winner of the campaign and Rome won't be blue.

I chose not to edit the loading screen picture that shows the three playable factions of this campaign, so it will stay blue there.
