Empire Government Type for 'No Seleucid Satrapies' DEI submod

Description
A submod for 'Divide Et Impera - No Seleucid Satrapies' https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2835508800&searchtext=no+seleucid. All this submod does is change the government type from Kingdom to Empire at the game start.

UPDATE:
Updated faction card on faction select menu to include the Iranian regions and their city names. Now when you select the Seleucids to start a campaign as, it'll accurately show you what regions you own. Also no longer shows Daha as being your vassal like Lydia is, as Daha is not a Seleucid vassal in the main mod/ DEI.
