Replace Remote Grenade Launcher with Sticky Jumper

Description
Replaces the Remote Grenade Launcher with the Sticky Jumper form Team Fortress 2. It does no damage, but sends you flying when you explode it under your feet. At the moment, it is not a separate weapon, it only replaces the RGL, but I may decide to change that in the future.

Important to note that the name you will need to summon the weapon is still 'remotegrenadelauncher', not anything else.
