Description
Super tiny mod that gives dragons the ability to speak. That's all.

I only added the CAN_SPEAK tag to the dragons. Gremlins also have the CAN_LEARN tag which enables more complicated features that can interfere a bit with being a pet.

Can they still be tamed? Do they count as sentient beings? Will it make weird behavior like with gremlins?
