CeleTech Arsenal MKIII - Smaller Radar (3x3) [Suspended]

Description
The base mod has been upgraded with its own 3x3 small radar, so this mod is no longer maintained.

Inspired by '天工小雷达[3x3]' by 'xiao_yan'. Resized the CeleTech Arsenal MKIII radar to a smaller 3x3 size, including extra graphics.

天工好像只是加了个小雷达，但是原小雷达功能不全，想防中心空投还得是大雷达

@Sorayuki 刚刚检查了一下天工的更新内容，这个Mod目前没啥必要了，已更新说明

作者您好，10月10号天工铸造mod本体进行了一次更新，添加了部分新建筑并适配了CE，似乎导致您的这个mod的Harmony补丁出现了错误。报错详情请见讨论区留言。
另外，天工铸造的更新中加入了3x3的小型相控阵雷达，所以可能您的这个mod也要光荣退休了...？
