Travel cost increaser [FU][BETABOUND]

Description
This mod increase travel cost. So you cant reach planet of your dream from start. Make more fuel, craft fueltanks and use fuel refiners from FU and betabound. Binded star systems have decreased travel cost. Use them too



Tested with FU and betabound.

Probably incompatiblee with vanilla because of 10000 fuel limit.
