USS Polaris - for the Phox's

Description
Per user request, a port of my USS Polaris - for Kemono to the Phox Race mod.

Once again, already includes all the fixes and changes I've made to this ship (free to be used by any other Polaris ports), like the fixed front turret room and the symmetrised teleporter room.
