Description
Baja Blast Flavored Titanium & Other Randomized Materials (Names, Properties, and Alloys)
Current version: v40 - You may need to download the updated patch from the change notes section. For some reason, only v37 appears to be available for download within DF's mod manager.

Utilizes the new lua modding support to add a small number of unique individual new metals and alloys into individual game world. No two materials are alike, and are generated differently for each world file.


Recently added features as of v40:
"Think before you drink, miners beware!" Ores which smelt into metals that are liquid at room temperature can now be made into drinks. Usually these have syndromes attached. Try Baja Blast flavored titanium today!

Known issues:
- Generating a world in advanced world gen which has evil rains disabled causes the materials to appear on embark, replacing most of the copper items. (For some reason this usually results in the wagon being on fire immediately upon frame zero of embark?)

@Rosie~ <3 its supposed to. I mean, admittedly, the mod's code isn't commented that well, it isn't really commented at all, really.

Some of the material safety checks need to be reworked, clearly, so civs aren't getting their hands on low temperature ignition point materials as often. (Note: the intent was for the wild fires to only really be happening in scorching hot biomes.

your code can randomly make the ignition temperature of metals 0, this does not mean they wont burn, in fact, it means they burn at ANY temperatures, so yea, i recommend u fix that, because i just tested a bunch of embarks and my wagons inta-burned lmfao

@[+DG+] Sir_Castic - This was one of the originally intended features of the mod. At present, we're still waiting on player feedback, from you specifically, to confirm whether or not this feature is actually working. However, it should be working. But let us know if it doesn't and submit a bug report, and we'll get working on that straight away.

The hot patch cycle I had to release over the past day and a half was a nightmare, lol. While no one openly reported the bugs, I feel bad for anyone who attempted to use this mod and ran into reloading save file issue.

At least everything works now, which is pretty rad.
