Platform Rails

Have you ever looked at a rail in-game and thought, "I should be able to stand on that"? Think no more!

This mod simply replaces the collision type of the two vanilla rails and four metamaterials with "platform". This lets you stand on the rails and rail objects, and use them as you would a platform. You could already place things onto the rails, but this lets you stand on them too. In my limited testing, this never interrupted the actual trams.
