I keep it disabled, otherwise it blocks literally everything.
its neither the anti virus/ windows defender, its a feature only on windows 11 called smart app control, since i had a fresh install of windows 11, there is no way to whitelist a program, came up to this fix, which is to disable smart app completely (cannot be reactivated)
windows auto blocks anything resembling sus activities running in the backgrounds

Yes, this is expected. The option appeared by mistake in a test build. It currently has no effect, which is why it doesn’t save. The next update will be more significant and bring several improvements.
