Miscount Detected: Music Restored

Description
This addon restores hl2_song25_teleporter.mp3 ("Miscount Detected"), an unused sound file that was originally set to play in d1_trainstation_05

For one reason or another, this short song was cut for the final release of Half Life 2, despite remnants of it's usage still remaining in the chapter "A Red Letter Day". This addon restores the sound file to where it would have once played.

Look at my comment please, if you were to goto the YouTube pages of these music pieces everyone's in agreement that the music is just out of place for the Combine and they constantly reference the Empire from Star Wars with how the music's composed.

Isn't this supposed to play when the overwatch AI says "Miscount detected in your block" when in the apartment?

The song sounding goofy is usually why Valve decided to not use it in the final product, just about any comment about this and Combine Harvester compare it to the theme of the Empire from Star Wars.
