Simple Insulated Power Armor 2

Description
Direct (kinda) improvement on my previous mod.

Increases insulation values of all non-stuffable apparels. Defaults: heat by a factor of 3 and cold by a 1.5.
Customizable!

Requires XML Extensions. Safe to add and remove.

Notice: it modifies EVERY piece of "non-stuffable"(made in a single variant from certain materials) apparel.

Pros:
  • It's compatible with (almost) EVERYTHING. Even CE.
  • It floats my boat gravship.
  • It doesn't wreck balance as much since it's customizable and vanilla game got update on cold insulation of power armors (like in the name!) so they are initially better now.
Cons:
  • It modifies EVERYTHING. Can lead to some modded apparels being freaky.
  • I probably won't update it as much because it's kinda auto-patching everything.

Partially compatible with TSIND Power Armor QA and other mods that change PA insulation values — you can either disable insulation patch there or you will have unreasonably high values.

would be cool to have such insulation not by default, but as an upgrade on a bench.

Unfortunately it's like you say. The lack of important QoL on the Steam WS is annoying - and they even make it hard to bypass that. You can put videos and what not of your mod up there, the mod can be 5GB .dds-textures and audio files. But writing more than a few hundred words? Nah... :)

Feel free to complain to Valve about that. I looked up all mods with similar features and linked to them out of curtesy when I uploaded the mod. Until I hit the text-cap for Steam WS pages. Even converted some text to pictures to bring it below the cap, but at some point I just hit it again, so I had to remove the links to the covered mods and just list them in text form. Unfortunate, but I tried what I could... :/
