Description
Welcome to Feature Preserver!

This mod does exactly what it says: Preserves your vanilla and modded features/deposits post-Ecumenopolis conversion and terraforming.

Main Features

🌍 Terraforming

- Terraforming into Machine Worlds, Hive Worlds, and Nano Worlds no longer removes rare deposits and features!

🏙️ Arcology Project

- Converting or restoring an Ecumenopolis will also no longer remove rare deposits and features!
- Note: Some deposits (e.g., those spawned on Earth) may not survive transformation. A fix is in the works.

⚙️ Vanilla File Overrides

This mod overrides the following vanilla files:
- `action.68` (Terraforming)
- `02_special_decisions` (Arcology Project / Restore Relic World)

⚠️ Any mod that also changes these files will be incompatible.
(A patch may be required—either from me or others.)

📝Load Order

This mod must be placed under any mod that will effect the files edited, placing low in the order is highly recommended.
Due to APCS in-built compatibility with this mod, load that mod UNDERNEATH Feature Preserver.

KNOWN ISSUES

- Aquisition Of Technology Habitats wipe features - due to how AOT Habitat functions, building the next tier of habitats will make the features disappear. - This will NOT be fixed.

- Shattered Ring - Investigating

- Earth features are wiped

No it turned out to be a different mod, I thought it was because I added it to the pack, but it turns out another mod in our old back updated, and lost compatibility with another mod in our set?

What does "Aquisition Of Technology Habitats" mean? Is that a mod? I didn't think Habitats had any features at all, ever.

Btw, I got this in the error log

Well, I didn't know .lua files could be read by the game but it is reading 'em with UTF8+BOM, if the file is supposed to be there just saving 'em with regular UTF8 should be sufficient.
