Report a translation problem
Again, as this mod also covers the functionality of the other plus allows building from pawn inventory, I don't think it's necessary to run both; it may simply have been a 'legacy' decision where I had that mod before adding this one, but since it caused no issues and the descriptions imply different functions, I never removed the other.
The initial report was with my full mod list, but I just tested it clean, first with just this mod and minify everything, and it worked without issue. I also re-tested it with this mod and build from storage and it also worked cleanly. so that most likely is a conflict somewhere else; without an error being thrown, it's hard to say, though.
On the flip side, I noticed that just using this mod allowed them to build the walls from the minified objects, so I may not need both... and testing with JUST this mod (and not the other) worked as desired, so I have a solution. I will go leave a mod comment on the other mod to let them know this is an interaction to look out for, though. I'm leaving this up just for information purposes.
I uninstalled a bunch of walls and columns (Minify Everything) and wanted to reinstall them elsewhere, a thing I've done many times before. This time, the moment I tell it to install a wall, it'll pick from the nearby uninstalled wall (you can see the line) and then the UI will completely disappear, and I'll be unable to interact with the game at all. It will keep running if it was not paused, but no keyboard input or mouse input works. I have to manually kill the game before I can play again.
I can still manually click each uninstalled wall segment to install, but the specific function this mod provides is broken. If I note any other odd behavior (at the time I just wanted to play, so I worked around it once I'd determined the problem) I'll update, but I did want to make a report before I forget about it.
