Description
⚙️ More Hunter Drones
"They don’t wait. They hunt."

More Hunter Drones is a content expansion for RimWorld that adds 5 new hunter drones, the ability to build and deploy the Wasp Trap, and rechargeable drone-thrower backpacks.

Each drone can be encountered as an enemy mine — or researched, built, and used by the player.



🔥 New Hunter Drones

🧨 Incendiary Hunter Drone

Ignites the surrounding area on activation.
Fire is the oldest tool of the hunt.

☠️ Toxic Hunter Drone

Releases a cloud of toxic gas that poisons enemies.
Not all traps explode. Some just kill slowly.

⚡ EMP Hunter Drone

Emits an EMP pulse that disables mechs and electronics.
The silent guardian against machines.

💣 Antigrain Warhead Hunter Drone

Carries a compact antigrain warhead. High risk, extreme damage.
They won't even realize they stepped on death.

🌫️ Smoke Hunter Drone

Releases thick smoke to block line of sight.
Just because you can’t see them doesn’t mean they can’t see you.

🐝 Wasp Trap (Now Player-Buildable)

Previously only an enemy threat — now available for research and crafting!
It used to hunt you. Now it works for you.




🎒 Rechargeable Drone Backpacks

Every drone has its own dedicated thrower backpack, which:
  • Can be thrown to deploy drones from range
  • No longer disappears after use
  • Can be recharged
  • Crafts new drones inside itself

Perfect for ambushes, flanking, or tactical drone warfare.




🏓 Settings

You can disable the spawn of any type of drone in the world.
These settings apply only to locations generated after the change.

Интересный факт можно в ванильной одиссее просто украсть ловушку ос с комплекса если не активировали, и потом она будет дружелюбная, а вообще можете сделать дрона-дозорного:steamthumbsup:

Возможно ли будет добавить многоразовую постройку/ловушку которая создаёт и выпускает дронов-охотников если на карте враги?

Hi! Is there a way to turn off the rechargeable drone backpacks? I'd prefer the vanilla single-use drone packs, but with the expanded drone variety.

День добрый! Есть ли способ отключить перезаряжаемые рюкзакы дронов? Желаю, как в ваниле, что предмет будет удалён/унистожен после исползования, но с увлечёной разновидностью дронов.

Small test on previous bug report, reloading a save and going to the map without more hunter drones active properly spawned the ancient mercenaries.

似乎烟雾猎手无人机无法正确的释放烟雾,需要在模组文件里的“Races_Drones.xml”文件夹里搜索“Drone_HunterSmoke”,将“<chanceToStartFire>0</chanceToStartFire>”替换为“<postExplosionGasType>BlindSmoke</postExplosionGasType>”,然后烟雾猎手无人机在自爆后就能正常的释放致盲烟雾了

Think there might be a bug with this mod replacing ancient mercenary quest targets, gonna do some testing tonight loading the quest map again with hunter drone spawning disabled

Hi, Could you add a way to deactivate Hunter drone's so if they are off they wont start going for first enemy they see? I would prefer way to toggle it by player it self but if making it a action like turning off turrets would also be great!
